Martino’s most iconic creation—the world’s most expensive plate, made of solid gold and adorned with 84 diamonds—earned him the title of “Million Dollar Chef.” In 2013, an Arab prince paid one million euros for this extraordinary masterpiece. Martino’s reputation as the “Most Luxurious Chef in the World” was further solidified when he designed L’Oro di Bacco, the world’s most expensive champagne bottle, valued at 1.7 million euros.
